It's all about friends and family

after the drama of yesterday with mother I decided to go ahead as planned and meet up
With friends in Leeds. Last night I had a great time with some work colleagues from my old school in Leeds. Today it was the turn of one of my students.
Jonny left school to go to uni in Newcastle the same time I left for NZ. It was a fitting way to finish as we had been together for 7 years of secondary school. He went on to do linguistics at uni. And now works in the Caucases creating resources and dictionaries for previously unwritten oral languages. A funnier, more jntelligemt and gentle young man you couldn't wish to meet
