Christmas treats - Have a heart !

A whole box full of special chocolatier bonbons/pralines ! I've had to guard it with all my might because everybody wanted to dig in right away and couldn't believe it when I told them I wanted to keep them intact until today in the hope of some proper daylight to photograph them. Well, here they are even if the daylight has still been on the dimmer all day. And they are indeed very special, little master chef chocolates (I've tested a couple now) By the way, Pierre Marcolini is not a flavour, he's the chocolatier master chef, just in case you wondered. A gift for the homefront from husband's place of work.
