Royal Icing

A day catching up with jobs before going to work on a stretch of night shifts.  Icing the Christmas cake is one job which I put off to the last minute and don't tend to enjoy, probably because I'm doing it in a rush.  The last couple of years the icing has been too soft as I haven't added enough icing sugar.  Fingers crossed it's more successful this year!
