A brief glimpse

The sun was actually shining for a short time today.  It definitely shows the birds at the feeder to an advantage.  This blue jay came and shooed away the chickadees, then helped himself.

After work today we split some more wood before the rain comes tonight, then went to do a few shopping errands, and then took a drive around a residential area to look at everyone's Christmas light displays.  Home in time to do some laundry before calling it a day.  There was a bit of light rain, sometimes it felt like sleet, but apparently the temperatures weren't quite cold enough to freeze the ground, thankfully.
