Gowbarrow fell

I've walked a bit of Gowbarrow fell many times - just to get the view along Ullswater. But having spent a few days in the office, I simply had to get out and stretch my legs, so did the whole of Gowbarrow fell. A pretty straightforward walk, making my 36th Wainwright. About 5 miles, and not too high, which was a good job, as it was pretty breezy on top! I was treated to a few crepuscular rays through the day, and liked this set in particular. 

Looking at my one year ago pic, it was Emma's 19th Birthday, today she leaves teenage years behind, becoming a 20 year old, but is on holiday skiing in Val D'Isere (lucky thing) with her friends from University.
