Karp (Carp) in the bath

Carp is the main dish (fish only) served for Christmas Eve (24/12) and its a 'must' ingredient on the table.
We bought it fresh/alive (hence swimming the the bowl in the bathtub) and waiting to be killed at some point soon … I never like seeing it being slaughtered, but its a tradition and in my family we are following tradition, like my mum did and her mum, and her ancestors before … I'm not going to change that.

Now all the cooking will commence today (Tuesday) and the auntie's kitchen will be filled with lovely fragrances and hopefully carols sang while preparing them dishes.
