On the job

With time to chat as his assignment is sometimes without a duty.  Odd but has to do with Department of Transportation requirements just in case he is needed for a truck that comes.  He is in the neighborhood so I have passed him a lot and finally stopped to tease him, and then we chatted.  Nice man.
