Mince magic

I fought the pastry, and I won! You simply can't beat home made mince pies, however badly the pastry starts out. We had to try a few of them to make sure they were ok. The wine was on standby just in case the taste needed to be washed down, but then as it was out ....

Achieved a lot today, I do love the Christmas wind down. You may also not appreciate how great it is to see one single pixel illuminate, but gets me every time :-)
