Amtrak Train 448 The Boston section

Amtrak Trains 48 and 49 are known as the Lake Shore Limited and operate between Chicago and New York City / Boston.

At Albany, New York 48 is split into a Boston section (448) which heads East and the New York section (48) which heads South.

This picture shows 448 about 15 minutes south of the station and in less than one mile will turn East traveling to Pittsfield, Springfield and then to Boston.
