Flushing Dolly

Excuse the extremely terrible photo, selfies are not my forte! I tend to flush quite badly when I'm stressed, although not always like this! I seem to get it in patches, as you can see here, most of my cheek looks completely normal! I'm not really sure why it has such a defined edge, I'd love to know how that works, you think it'd be my whole face!
