M only worked half day today so that we could go for a drive with her sister (most of the roads were covered in ice and I was too scared to drive!). We visited the geysir that erupts every few minutes, it was freezing cold but I love watching it, and we were rewarded with a great sunset.

Afterwards we went to soak in a hot pool, I got in half price because of my advanced age, I was torn between being thankful for the discount, and feeling insulted that the cashier guessed that I was at that age where you do get a discount!
