Good News Day

I busied myself this morning by shopping and going for a manicure - and of course getting a quick blip;  but nothing could stop me being anxious about my daughter's late afternoon appointment at the hospital.  She didn't have to be there until 4-15pm and so it seemed a long long day.

Anyway, when she got her news it was all positive and the prognosis is very good.  A couple of months ago, she was diagnosed with lymphoma, and since then she undergone a biopsy and scan and only last week she had surgery.  Now, apart from monitoring her they don't advise any further treatment unless the situation changes.  It goes without saying that this is the best Christmas present we could have.
