First we made the cake as part of a challenge organised by JazzyB
And now this is stage two
The icing of the cake
 

For those of you who saw my Xmas cake in the original blip, all covered in cherries, you would have realised that I couldn’t possible ice over a very lumpy surface.
 I don’t usually ice my Xmas cakes!!
But, to participate in the second stage I made a second cake with a smooth surface -ideal for icing.
 

Because of the time difference I am uploading this blip early (NZ time) to co-inside with those being uploaded in the northern hemisphere.
