The Star in the East

The Star greets us as we look to the East window
of the medieval Church of St Mary's , the Parish
Church of Scarborough, which nestles under the
Castle Headland and overlooks the glorious
South Bay. For this is Advent, the time in the
Church year of waiting and preparing for the most
important event to which the Star is leading us.
