Impulse decadent treat for my car. I noticed that the rear number plate was virtually illegible and I was carrying great clods of mud underneath. I should really do it myself; after all, it's only buckets of soapy water, a good rinse, wax polish and elbow grease. It's the last commodity that has been in short supply after two persistent bugs.
