Buying the last food bits for Christmas.
The farm shop had these amazing whole Parmesan cheeses.
Seeing that it sold for close on £40 a kilo there's about a £1,000 worth here.
31 months old and not a sell by date in sight.
EU regulations anyone?
Not for the Italian cheese maker it seems.
