Solstice afternoon light

As per BIip Central's request (to those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, anyway) to post a photo of light on this day of least light, here is my contribution.
I was really hoping it would be a blue sky, sunny, Colorado day here, but it was not to be.
Perhaps it is good that this dull day is such a short one!
