Who lives here.....

We drove up the M40 today (pesky relatives), decided to do a Red Kite count - 53 in a few miles!
Stumbled across this place and rather liked it's sink plunger styling, there were lots of signs up to deter the hoi polloi but we managed to sneak past the guards by driving a car with the right badge (should have washed the mud off though)...........it was pretty soulless.
A quick search on a popular search engine confirmed that it is a former woollen mill converted into luxury apartments.  One of the selling points is the panoramic country views...presumably, the occupants at the rear of the mill are all short-sighted
