Whittlesey Christmas Lights

Another lazy day today in the hope of everyone getting rid of their colds in time for Christmas. Me and the kids went to the park this morning for some fresh air as the sun was shining. It was sill cold though and we didn't stay too long. Grandma and grandad popped round for a bit after lunch and I took the opportunity for a little afternoon nap. Very nice indeed!

This evening we all wrapped up warm and headed out to see the Whittlesey Christmas Lights. P has loved looking at all the lights around the village this year so when I heard about this place I just knew we had to go. It's basically a very large house out in the fens, that have just gone "wow" with their lights in aid of Cancer Research. There were thousands and thousands all over the house and gardens. It was quite a sight! And of course P loved it.
