I love the light on this bowl

After a day doing laundry (and rescuing sheets that were being blown off the line) and trying to bring some order to the conservatory (which had become a bit of a dumping ground) I decided I'd photograph this bowl of fruit.  It was the light that inspired me.  The bowl of fruit has been there for several days now and have hardly noticed it before.

We've had an e-mail from my brother to say he's back home - sounds like quite a few things happened on his journey that threatened to delay him but in the end it all worked out OK.
