"Michael J"

We haven't seen much of "Michael J" during daylight hours lately, but between 5 and 9pm he's always somewhere in the garden. He even turned up with a friend / partner last Friday. He, as usual came up to and stood on top of the raised planter which is just outside of the conservatory. He stands there looking in, until he see one of us notice him and go into the kitchen and start  preparing his food. Mean while the newcomer cautiously peered from the space between the garage and the shed, eventually coming out into the open once the food had been spread onto the garden, and we were safely back indoors, with the door firmly closed behind us.

Strangely "Michael J" and his friend will eat the peanut / jam sandwiches and the sliced ham but not the dog food  we leave out on a slab by the garage door, where as the small fox that comes on his own will eat the dog food, but not the sandwiches.

Bizarre......!!
