Cave Church

Went out for a drive this afternoon, took a picnic lunch and the camera. Our destination was lake Opuha, but first stopped at Cave. I have always meant to  photograph this country church, so today was the day even though the day was over cast. We eventually got to the lake or should I say over sized puddle. The lake is low very low. I took a panorama of the desolate scene. It will take alot of rain to refill this lake. usually very popular for water skiing fishing and family camping however launching a boat is impossible as the ramp is high and dry.
