Poor things...

Some good news at last.

Went to London for an appointment, after which we pigged out at a Thai restaurant in Soho ('Waggamamamamama goes to Bangkok') which was great, followed by the Apple Store on Regent Street to pick up THF's broken Macbook. Hard disc replaced with no quibbles and on top of that a whole new keyboard, trackpad and top case section as the old one was a bit, erm, worn...

Credit to both the staff at the Apple Store and Apple themselves - top service, no questions asked, and big smiles from the staff. And I do love good service!
