Tile Montage

The plaque is in an area developed under a project titled "Greening the Rubble" this particular green space being called "A Place of Tranquility". one of several in Christchurch not being suitable for rebuild.  
The montage has hand painted ceramic tiles made by members of the South Eastern Asia community living locally and is located on the site previously occupied by the Canterbury Manufacturers Association.
