Verzló again...

My wife had gone back to school and finished her A level in 1978 along with a full days work. This gave me an opportunity to get to know my sons better. I began baking and later became a good cook. Our older son got his A level in 1984 and our younger son was on his way to get his.

In the meantime my old school, Verzló, better known as The Commercial College of Iceland, had sold all the old houses and built a new one in another part of town. In 1986 it started a department for adult education (Öldungadeild) and I thought it a good idea to finished my A level before our younger son - so I did and finished in 1989.

In 2005 Verzló had its 100th year and a book was published and on page 219 was this picture: First students to finished A level from the new department.
I am farthest to the left so my name is first - always be farthest to the left on a group photograph from now on.
