Good Morning London

A great night last night (image was back blipped earlier) and made all the better by not having to get home afterwards. We stayed in Southwark and using some of the many reward points Annie's collected, we had a bargain hotel room. Even better than that, we were given a room with a great view. The Shard was graced with great light this morning so this is straight from the hotel room window through the glass.

We had a leisurely trip home, stopping to get a Christmas tree which is up now awaiting full decoration. We've also started wrapping presents this evening rather than the usual Christmas Eve marathon effort. Feels like we're getting ahead of the game!!
