The Longest Day

I took this photo just before 6 a.m. the longest day in NZ.  The sun rose at 5.54 a.m. and will set at 9.28 p.m.  Giving us a total of 15 hours and 34 minutes of daylight hours.  I took this photo at the lake with Mt Iron in the background, and pretty pink clouds to colour the scene.

Am off to church now, then plan to finish sending off the last of my Christmas mail.  The day is warm and cloudy with a slight breeze.
