More Cheese, Gromit?

In the local shops this morning, including I J Mellis, the cheesemonger.  It's a great shop, a real throwback to the days when every neighbourhood had butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers etc.  At this time of year it's usually completely mobbed, but I managed to get in at a relatively quiet time.  It's also usually a very wallet-lightening experience: good cheese doesn't come cheap!  I also can't walk past it without mentally quoting The Life of Brian:

I think it was "Blessed are the cheesemakers".
Aha, what's so special about the cheesemakers?
Well, obviously it's not meant to be taken literally; it refers to any manufacturers of dairy products.
