Blipvent Calendar #20: Snow Shovelling / Escapee

Today the Lego advent calendar coughed up what looks like a barrel of tools (?) so I've got the cops clearing away the snow outside the house.

Unfortunately they seem to have taken their eye off the prisoner, and while there are axes lying around as well... eek.
