The Heart and Soul of Lasagna

The heart and soul of lasagna . . . is cheese! And boy, did I put a ton of it in! On this day, I baked a hefty lasagna for a holiday meal at a friend's house, layering cheese, cheese, and more cheese (plus a little sauce and some pasta, but just a little). This is what it looked like just before it went in the oven, and I couldn't resist a few photos. :-)
