The Wedding Party

It has been q very long but satisfying day.  My co-photographer Ricky W and I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Shannon and Mark.  WE started out at the home of the mother of the bride around 9.30 am and finally got home after 9.30pm.  Phew….  It was quite a marathon and on a cloudy but hot and muggy day.  The actual wedding ceremony was held in my favourite church, St Mary’s.  Then followed the post-ceremony wedding shoot out in the country.  That was fun.  We shot the wedding party in idyllic rural scenes in park-like surroundings and then proceeded to the Bell Tower a splendid building with amazing gardens on top of a hill…. This is where I captured this image of the groomsmen, the bridal couple and the bridesmaids being photographed by Ricky.  After that came the reception at the Rangitane Centre in Grovetown near Blenheim.  It was a busy happy day.  Now comes the time-consuming task of processing the myriad of images….
