The end of the day

My appointment in Christchurch this afternoon ended up taking 3 hours instead of one and a half.  It meant we were late going to dinner (at my favourite Chinese restaurant).

Driving out to Templeton afterwards the sky was rapidly darkening.  I kept thinking that I should stop before all the colour left.  I almost left it too late.

I had a lovely night last night with Heather and Muzz out at Annat then a coffee today with Carolyn.  Now I'm with Sebastian and Sarah.   Catching up with friends and my favourite lad is a great start to the holidays.
