Rush

Playing with the kids today, their shouting rushing throwing enjoyment prompted a camera-grabbingness.

Good day today: run; gym (and actually felt like staying, had I the time - where usually I just want to get in and out as quickly as possible, and back to running home); mowed the lawn weeded a garden bed (amounted to much the same thing); and experimented with continuous autofocus for this and other similar shots of the kids (on Flickr).
