May 15: A whole lot of orange

Its an orange olive oil cake and a orange jelly on top. This dessert should have been served up on Sunday but I lost the will to finish it. Aidan Byrne made it last week on the Great British Menu and he served it with an orange 'snap' thing rolled into a cannelloni and filled it with orange sorbet. That was too fussy for me so I put it with some mascarpone which I liked but the Mr didn't.
