Fraser returned to competitive action tonight after his injury on his birthday which some of you will remember from   Birthday Bang!!! A concussion  your birthday was memorable but tonight was a triumphant return, a four nil win and a man of the match award chosen by the opposition coaches.

This I hasten to add is the before photo, before the warm up, before the game and before he is unrecognisable  due to the sweat that mats his hair and soaks his kit.... and stinks out the car!!!
