Fat Thursday!

Today is "Fat Thursday" and this is my homemade contribution. 


One of our infrastructure analysts is Polish and he told us of a tradition in his home country where, one day a year, everyone eats cakes and sweets. 


We thought it was a good idea to make him feel at home and re-create it before Christmas...so we did! :)
