Low winter sun
I took this just after noon in the little park by the river in Stratford - the church you can see through the trees is Holy Trinity, where Shakespeare is buried. I liked the web of branches with the low sun shining through.
The dog and his assistant were playing a park version of flyball. The man had a ball launcher, and he was aiming at the trunk of the big tree - more often than not he hit it, and the dog would watch intently for the ricochet and catch the ball on the rebound, then run back to the man and lie down in front of him till the next launch. I'm guessing that the human probably got bored with this before the dog!
