This dog is over eight years old. His legs were deformed at birth, This US custom made wheeled harness has enabled his mobility. He proved that by belting across the Esk bank lawn in hot pursuit of a gaggle of Canada geese as quickly as his four legged sibling.  His owner told us that on one occasion he failed to stop and launched himself into the river. She rescued him by using her tennis ball sling. She then had to shout out to be hauled back up the bank by a passing stranger.

It was lovely to catch up with HL and Lady Findhorn this morning. Their Indian adventures were even more exciting when recounted in person!

The inbox is quietening down. The Christmas break has arrived. Time to slow down a bit and enjoy the fun and festivities of the Christmas season.
