Alan Titchmarsh eat your heart out

The first sunny weekend in AGES and we took advantage big time. Finally bought a lawnmower and we cut both our lawns (yes we have two). The front garden was a veritable overgrown meadow, the wayward grass growing over the border and not a plant in sight. We cut the grass, tidied the border and actually put some plants in. R helped, using my little garden set to dig and rake. T did the stuff I didn't want to do and by Sunday evening it all looked fab.
