Christmas Kitchen

I really like the way the kitchen looks at the moment with the Christmas lights up. I've blurred the lights to give a softer look.

Today was Martin's first day of holidays and its been quite relaxing. We met up at the Plaza for lunch after I'd been to the hairdresser. Then I went to visit my friend's mum who came out of hospital a few days ago.

We did buy the turkey today, only its too big to fit in the freezer! It'll have to thaw in the fridge over the next few days.

A rather relaxed Friday night then and we managed to watch Jersey Boy which was good but a little sad ... If you've seen it you might know what I mean.

Grateful for a restful day today.
