Gym buddy

I've lost my gym buddy for a month as she's headed back to Croatia for the Festive but I managed to get some motivation to go along tonight after ditching it last night due to the running around that o did shifting the office from its temporary home into the new surroundings next to reception.
I plan to improve on this time and distance over the next few months, but with the gym also leaving me for the Festive (closing) I may have to just drink Christmas cocktails for the foreseeable future.
