white chocklit

made Ladybird bugs today.. amongst other things..
(*a 12 egg lemon sponge/ a marshmallow tower/ rum n raisin chocs...)

Nina did some of the white for me so i could get a pic of the choc as it falls (*well is helped to fall) out of the mould!
these are then filled (piped) with a raspberry ganache..and base covered in choc.

ill blip the finished article tomorrow.. maybe?

bit busy for not being busy! but i have to be busy....
