Lights in the darkness

This is a neighbour's Christmas light display - I took many photos tonight but rather liked this outline of colour against the black.
I am trying to catch up with blips and comments - I only got my computer back from being repaired today and what with trying to navigate my way around the new site, I am behind with comments.
And a further excuse is that hubby and I are on our crime watch shift tonight so I am off to get some sleep before waking up at 1am and patrolling the very quiet streets of our village (at least I hope it will be quiet - not any late night holidaymakers disturbing the peace!)
