MERHABA MY FRIENDS

The famous sculpture in the former Art Gallery grounds.
I believe it was meant to be placed in a prominent position
somewhere on the coastline looking out to sea, Watching.
Why it has never been placed there is a mystery, however,
he does have an excellent view of Morrisons car park.
Maybe he has cctv hidden in his eye sockets, BIG BROTHER,
The Watcher.
