What bird?

I'm confused, but I'm sure I'll get there eventually. It feels a bit like Facebook to me at the moment, and I don't like Facebook. Charlie 17 thinks we should have been given an instruction sheet. A decent Help page would have been.....well...a help. Where is the home page gone? I used that a lot.
I am also confused by all the new birds which seem to have appeared overnight in our garden. There is a flock of blackbirds from Norway eating all the berries and a bunch of these guys arrived this morning. I figure it is some kind of a thrush, but which one?
