The store Santa at KaDeWe is definitely one of the best I've ever seen. He's just the right mix of serious and friendly, he's got a real white beard and you don't have to pay to get a picture of your children with him -- kids can just walk up, talk to him and get a treat. So refreshingly un-commercial despite being in the middle of a store that is practically a symbol of consumerism.
