Old car used for storage

This Mercedes belongs to the father of our neighbor.  Although he doesn't live there most of the time and uses this car & others for storage, it is a shame & inconvenience that he parks at least 3 vehicles on the streets and doesn't maintain them.  A man that owns at least 5 vehicles including a new sports car which he drives and parks them on the streets.  I wish he would sell what he doesn't use & clear parking for people that live here & have to hunt for parking on a daily basis.
