American Woman
I've walked by this sculpture so many times and have always appreciated the detail. The sculptor captured the essence of the first American woman - so well - a woman of great strength and resilience, wisdom and ability. She was a Plains Indian, probably a Cheyenne, who lived a nomadic life throughout the West.
I can relate to the nomadic lifestyle. . . especially right now as we leave tomorrow to drive back to Reno, then return here in about 3 weeks. Thank goodness that the price of gas is less expensive now.
The house showing went reasonably well. The people liked the house, but need time to think and talk about it. So, we shall see.
I hope that you have a wonderful day tomorrow and are enjoying the Christmas season!
