St Ives Young Disabled Unit

each year a few of us from the band play a few Christmas Carols for the residents of the care home for the disabled at St Ives. It is the former stately home of the Ferrand family. The St Ives you often hear local blippers talking about is the former estate from this house. The house is beautiful and this is part of the staircase. I would have loved to have seen it when it was in its full glory.

Earlier today I finished writing the Christmas cards, got soaked walking Reggie and phoned dad to wish him a happy 82nd birthday. Finished off the evening with the merry band of musicians for a quick pint in the Brown Cow. Very pleasant.
