Bright Eyed Hummer

So good to be home to check up on the resident birds.  We worry about them during the winter, but we have lots of neighbors who feed them too!  The hummingbirds are so friendly, patiently waiting while you fill up their feeding stations.

I decided to try out my Wi-Fi settings to remotely operate my camera, and was quite happy with the results.  This is through the window, taken with my Iphone operating my camera....the bird feeder is attached to the outside of the window, and my camera was on a tripod.  I can sit away from the window, and take photos using my Iphone as the controller, while the birds are not frightened by my movements.
